Was staying in this apartment with my mother in November. About the pluses - amazing communication with agent, anything you need - they will provide, very good location- just next to marina Walk, couple of supermarkets there and restaurants, beer to barasti beach. Also apartment was as per the photos. About the minus - floor and kitchen cabinets were not clean at all, door to the wardrobe was broken, you can’t use it, Internet in smart tv were working very bad and in the last days water start to leak from the sealing, but they fix it quickly ( building and apartment in general are very good, I just recommend for owner to take care about the apartment more.
