A great location for a Dubai holiday. 5mins to the beach, and pool and supermarket in the appartement complex. We also used a kids indoor playground just across the street, which was nice when the weather was to warm mid-day. All in all a great stay with uncomplicated check-in and check-out.

It is a great apartment that is very conveniently located. Within easy reach of The Walk JBR, Beach, Marina Mall, tram and metro. Whole complex has 4 lovely pools and 2 convenient located supermarkets a few steps from the front door.

Everything was excellent, great location and very large place, supermarket 100 metres away, pool the same, a few minutes walk and your on the JBR Beach!! Very easy to get taxis also!!

Very good location. Takes about 5 min. to walk to the Beach (small walkway on Al Mamsha st./the walk - walk towards Mövenpick hotel, and then rigth after Mövenpick, there is a walkway to Beach just across the road). The Metro 'Damac Properties' can be reached by 10 min walk, or the tram can be used to connect to Metro - tram is 5 min walk from Apartment. There are four pools at Murjan residence, and you can use any of them and depending on the time of day, there will be sun on some pools and shadow on other pools. Be prepared to bring or bye salt, peppar, dishcloth, sponge (for dishing), washing powder, paper towels and so on. Even that the mosque is right beside the Murjan 5 Building and the road is near by, the bedrooms are silent. The wifi is good (but not reaching the master bedroom - ok in livingroom, kitchen and the closest bedroom). Contact and response with Fazal and his colleague Muhammed worked exelent. Eating at 'Blaze Burgers', on The walk, was excellent (5 min walk from apartment). I would also recommend 'Eat Greek' on the JBR walking path and can be seen and reached from the Beach (about 10-15 min from Apartment).
