The amount of deposit shall be refunded within 3 working days to the tenant after carrying an inventory check on the property by the Agent who has the right to deduct the payment in case of losses or damages to the property and the furniture upon check-out.
Housekeeping Service is available upon request, with a minimal charge of AED 350/service. This includes changing of linens, bed sheets and towels.
