Security Deposit A Security Deposit of AED 2,000 will be required upon arrival. This is to cover any damages or loss in the property. The amount of deposit shall be refunded within 3 working days to the tenant after carrying an inventory check on the property by the Agent who has the right to deduct the payment in case of losses or damages to the property and the furniture upon check-out.
Housekeeping Service Housekeeping Service is available upon request, with a minimal charge of AED 100/service. This includes changing of linens, bed sheets and towels.

In order to confirm Your stay, a deposit of 30% of the total booking, or full payment (100%) if Your booking starts within 14 days must be paid at the time of booking. The full balance of the cost of Your stay must be received by Us not less than 14 days prior to Your arrival. If You have not paid in full and on time we, reserve the right to treat Your booking as cancelled by You.All online credit and debit card payments by Visa and MasterCard are subject to an additional 2.5% surcharge.
